I just played Kinect Disneyland Adventures for the first time and it will definitely be a hit with the kids.
You start the game out by choosing who you will be and customizing your features and clothes. Then you meet Micky. You are standing outside of Disneyland at the entrance gate.
You can explore the entire park, meet Disney characters, taking pictures and giving them hugs. You are given quests throughout the game such as find Donald Duck's hat while bobsledding on the Matterhorn.
As this is a Kinect game, you interact with the game by standing in front of the sensor and moving around. You hold out your arms to interact with the game, giving hugs, taking pictures and walking/running through the park. While bobsledding through the Matterhorn, you lean left and right and jump to avoid obstacles.
Collect coins for use in the gift shops and collect characters' pictures for your photo albums.
If you can't actually go to Disneyland, this might just be the next best thing!
