I am so excited! I just walked 3.5 miles today! I walked farther than I ever have on my walks and I was even rewarded with an awesome view of the waterfront on my walk. Can't get any better than that! I get bored when I walk, so anything to spice it up, like changing my route, adding a promising destination, or remembering my headphones for some good music, really helps me get through it.
I must admit something to you... I kinda hate walking. It' just so slow... I am too weak to run and the ankle and knee injuries of runners scares me. I prefer anything over walking. I love riding my bike, but the weather hasn't warmed up enough in the mornings or evening for me to want to ride. So, walking it is...
